Key Features

Floor

  • All Cross Members are made of structural fiberglass pultrusion’s- nothing to rust, corrode or bend.
  • Crossmembers are encapsulated in the floor structure and not exposed to elements.
  • No undercoat is needed- undercarriage is all composite and sealed.
  • Floor is Insulated- reduce road noise and control temperature better.
  • Under extreme stress, the floor will flex and return to its original state eliminating the common occurrence of cross-member breakage currently in the industry.

Skirting/Caps

  • Exterior skirting are fiberglass- wont dent, bend or rust.
  • Seamless- each piece has been designed for each size
  • Made using RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING (RTM) that delivers a more consistent and higher quality skirt/cap than standard open mold fiberglass.
  • RTM delivers a better surface finish
  • Flexibility reduces spider and stress cracks
  • Full Aluminum perimeter skirt supports behind the skirting.

Walls

  • All Cross Members are made of structural fiberglass pultrusions- nothing to rust, corrode or bend.
  • Crossmembers are encapsulated in the wall structure and not exposed to elements.
  • Exterior and interior have Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester skins – impervious to weather, they will not dent, very scratch resistant, and easy to clean.
  • High Gel Coat on our FRP greatly reduces UV damage.
  • No Paint- our walls are produced white and will not have any opportunity for paint blemishes. Additionally, scratches are not noticeable due to the white FRP.
  • Full Foam Insulation- each insulation component is designed and CNC cut to fully fit each void. No gaps or temperature spots.

  • Standard walls are 1.5” thick with an R-Factor of approx 12.

Roof

Performance

  • Independent, High Level Finite Engineering Analysis has been performed on the Element Body to verify OEM structures industry leading strength.
  • Over 14,000lbs applied to structure during with less than 2” of deflection.
  • All seat testing completed with 10% over mandatory requirements.
